ProClaims app for iPhone and iPad

Professional Claims Services, Inc. (ProClaims), is a California Corporation licensed by the Department of Insurance to adjust and process Insurance Claims.

ProClaims core competency is preparing estimates for the repair of damaged property (cars, trucks, motorcycles, homes, etc.) for insurers.

Through its website, www.proclaims.com, access can be granted for insurers and consumers to log on to the management system (PCO) for status and review of pending and completed assignments. Insurers can assign damage inspections directly through the site. Insurers can generate reports on cycle time, average paid, etc., through PCO.

Through its App, an insurance company and the owner of covered damaged property are connected by audio and video. The insurer’s appraiser, on a mobile device or desktop computer, interactively takes over the owner’s smartphone and gathers identifying photos and photos of the damage from which an estimate for repair is written.

The damage aspect of the claim can be completed upon first notice of loss. No appraiser needs to be dispatched by the insurance company to the location of the damaged property. On the first phone call, the physical damage and the amount of the loss is assessed. The insurance company can pay immediately if coverage and liability are clear.

The App offers general use allowing one person to take over another person’s smartphone and gather photos from the smartphone on their desktop. Any application where a remote photo session is needed can be accomplished with the use of the App.
